Call for Nominations for Annual Awards |
Each year, at the annual meeting, the North Dakota Family Based
Services Association is pleased to recognize individuals and programs
that have made a difference in the lives of North Dakota families. The
awards are given based on supporting family based programs in their
field of practice, enhancing the visibility of family based services in
North Dakota and promoting the mission of the NDFBSA. Professionals and
families in North Dakota can nominate deserving individuals and programs
for consideration. Please take a moment to think about whom you could
recognize through these awards:
The criteria for nomination of an individual or program include:
If you would like to nominate someone or a program, please write a letter of nomination that addresses how the individual or program exemplifies the criteria above and submit with three additional letters in support of the nomination that also address the criteria. Completed nominations will be accepted until February 1, 2008. Nominations will be reviewed by the NDFBSA Board at the February Board meeting. Individuals or programs may be recognized more than once for exceptional distinction in their field or service in promoting Family Based Services.
